The position we offer
Our business is growing and now we are hiring an experienced software developer in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
What you bring to the table
We are looking for independent persons with a high sense of quality, open-minded and focused on getting things done. It is important that you are driven and motivated by responsibility. You are service minded and build good relationships with clients as well as with colleagues. As a person you are easy to work with, you show enthusiasm for the work and put the results of the team first. You actively seek to learn and adapt new technologies. You have by nature a continuous improvement approach, both in the delivery of your services and in your personal development.
For this position the qualities we require:
- Strong and broad skills in software development
- Strong communications skills including interest in interfacing customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good team working skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Bonus skills:
- Understanding of importance of creating efficient and high-quality code through continuous integration and delivery
- Experience as Team Lead or Scrum Master
We see that you have a Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technologies or equal level of competence.
